Railways has introduced a new facility on Mother’s Day, in which a baby seat has also been added along with the berth. In such a situation, women will be able to travel easily by making their newborn children sleep on this seat. Its trial has also started.
Starting this on Mother’s Day, Railways has equipped a third AC coach of Lucknow Mail with this facility. In this way, it has been started with the baby seat. If a woman wants this baby seat, then while making the reservation, she will have to mention the need of this facility on the reservation form.

DRM Lucknow Suresh Kumar Sapra said that it has been started on trial basis now. For this, this facility has been given in only one coach. Further decision in this matter will be taken soon. DRM, Lucknow dedicated this first Mother’s Day by tweeting. As an initiative, a baby berth has been introduced in coach number 194129/B4 of Lucknow Mail at berth number 12 and 60, so that the mother can travel with her child. The seat is foldable and secured with a stopper.
