Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is likely to go abroad in the month of April, sources said on Saturday (April 9), even as his party faces tough electoral challenges after its defeat in the recently concluded assembly elections in five states. “Rahul Gandhi is likely to go abroad this month. He was scheduled to go there recently, but now the trip has been postponed, the final schedule has to be rescheduled.”
Meanwhile, his visit comes months ahead of the assembly elections in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh due later this year.
Notably, this is his second foreign trip in the last five months, before that, he had gone abroad on a “private visit” for almost a month in December 2021.
