The latest development comes amid the circumstances in Kerala, where IUML is putting pressure on Congress to give them 3 seats instead of 2 this time. IUML wants to contest from Wayanad, as the majority of the voters are from the Muslim community.
Besides, CPI has now fielded Annie Raja from Wayanad, and it won’t look good for the INDIA alliance that one of the prominent leader’s wife will be contesting against Rahul Gandhi in Wayanad.
