Raghavendra shares heartbreaking video of brother Puneet Rajkumar’s fan

It has been more than seven months since sandalwood superstar Puneet Rajkumar passed away. However, Puneet’s fans and his colleagues from the industry have not been able to come to terms with the death of their favorite actor. Puneet’s sudden death had left his family, friends and well wishers in a state of shock. The 46-year-old actor passed away last year due to a massive cardiac arrest. Reportedly, Puneet suffered a cardiac arrest on October 29 after working out at the gym.

Recently, actor Raghavendra Rajkumar shared a heartwarming video of a fan paying tribute to his brother Puneet. In the video, a fan of Puneet can be seen carrying a beautiful statue of the actor on his head. Raghavendra seems completely overwhelmed by the gesture of the fan as this kind of reverence is rarely seen. Sharing the video, Puneet wrote, ‘Thank you Appu for giving this post in a special way’.

Puneet was fondly called Appu by his fans as his first film was of the same name. Recently, actress Rakshita Prem, who plays the lead role in the film, shared an emotional note on Instagram to mark the 20th anniversary of the film.

“It’s been 20 years since Appu released…..What a beautiful film and what a wonderful experience it was…I met the strongest amazing woman who has been my inspiration till date forever and that is Parvathamma Rajkumar Amma … without him I’m not what I am today…. Last week, the 7.4 foot statue of Puneet Rajkumar It was unveiled by Raghavendra in Hospet town of Vijayanagar district of Karnataka. Puneet’s wife Ashwini also attended the event. The entire event was a very emotional moment for Puneet’s thousands of fans.
