Frozen Drops fame singer Harsh Garg aka Hydra is garnering a lot of appreciation for his songs. Now, he is all set to embark on another musical journey as he dedicates his next song to acid attack survivors. Harsh considers Manna Dey as his inspiration and reveals that he is very fond of music since childhood. His popular songs include “Frozen Drops”, “Veeli”, “Jatt Vardu”, and “Sasre Na Jogi”.

While Frozen Drops brought him fame, he is still making waves. Harsh aka Hydra had dreamed of becoming a singer when he grew up, but had no idea how to start the journey. When his first song came out, he had no idea that people would appreciate him so much, but when Harsh uploaded the song Frozen Drops, he caught the attention of the people.

Talking about his upcoming projects, Harsh says that his next music video will be based on women empowerment. The song will be a musical tribute to acid attack survivors. It will showcase the musical journey of select women who were rejected by the society after the acid attack. Faced with these difficult circumstances, these acid attack survivors decided to become self-reliant and are now working in the film and music industry as make-up artists, in post-production, in the camera department, in sound recording and also as assistant directors are working

Harsh wants to shoot his upcoming song at real time locations. Rather than a fancy location or a lavish studio, he wants to capture the scenes from where these acid attack survivors come from, their small towns, where they were educated, or where they spent their childhood. According to Harsh, it will be a docu-style music video. He was inspired after watching American filmmaker Matt Lambert’s music video ‘Paracetamol’, which was inspired by the death of a transgender girl.

The two music videos have different content, but are influenced by Hersh Lambert’s struggle with identity crisis depicted in the video.
