That’s why he took a pledge to donate his eyes. It was completed after his death. Puneet’s eyes were donated to Narayan Nethralaya Eye Hospital. Puneet’s father actor Rajkumar also donated his eyes.

Kannada film actor Puneeth passed away after suffering a heart attack while working out at the gym. Soon after suffering a heart attack, Puneet was admitted to Vikram Hospital in Bengaluru, but could not be saved.
