Proptech company Assets & More has bagged a property services deal from Allure Infra.
The Hyderabad-based firm will raise funds and provide complete management services for all three projects of Allure Infra in Bengaluru.
It will manage the sale, maintenance and rental of the partial property, it said in a press release on Wednesday.
The firm signed similar deals with Hyderabad-based Vasavi Group and Shantha Shriram Construction to manage the 1.5 lakh sq ft Sky City Twin Towers project in Gachibowli.
“We are also increasing investment for the Space City residential real estate project near the National Investment and Manufacturing Zone in Zaheerabad,” it said.
“Apart from assured rental income, this real estate investment model provides good capital appreciation for property owners. These investments give stable returns regardless of market volatility,” said Hanu Yedluri, Founder, Asset & More.
