The famous dialogue of Allu Arjun from Pushpa’s Hindi version “Pushparaj Jhukega Nahi” took the nation by storm.

Allu Arjun ended the year 2021 on a big note with Pushpa: The Rise. The film not only gripped the Telugu speaking states, but all of India. It was Allu Arjun’s stylish performance and swag that gave the film its saleability. When it comes to its Hindi dubbed version, considerable credit has to be given to Bollywood and Marathi actor Shreyas Talpade. Sharad Kelkar had lent his voice to Prabhas for the Hindi versions of the Baahubali film, making them nationwide blockbusters. Similarly, it was Shreyas Talpade’s voice that resonated with the Northern diaspora as he dubbed for Allu Arjun.

The famous dialogue of Allu Arjun from Pushpa: The Rise’s Hindi version “Pushparaj Jhukega Nahi (Pushparaj will not bow down)” took the nation by storm. It is Shreyas Talpade who deserves credit for matching Allu Arjun’s energy in delivering the dialogue in Hindi. Now that Pushpa 2: The Rule is in production, the question lingering on the minds of fans is whether Shreyas Talpade will return to dub for Allu Arjun in the Hindi version.

Shreyas Talpade recently opened up about the same. In a conversation with IndiaToday.in, the actor was asked whether he would reprise his role to which he said, “I do want to step into the same shoes again and since the movie is in filming stage, my work will start later. I have not had a formal discussion with the producers regarding this. I hope to have the conversation once shooting ends. I would love to be a part of Pushpa 2 but at the end of the day, the producers will make the call”.

Shreyas’ statement leaves fans ambiguous as it neither denies his involvement, nor officiates it. Only time will tell whether we get to listen to Shreyas Talpade’s voice once again in the much awaited sequel to Pushpa: The Rule.

Shreyas Talpade most recently appeared in the Marathi romantic drama Hi Anokhi Gaath, directed by Mahesh Manjrekar. He is set to appear in Kangana Ranaut’s Emergency, playing late Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee.
