global star Priyanka Chopra Jonas said on Sunday that he has completed filming for his upcoming Amazon Original series “Citadel,” produced by “Avengers: Endgame” directors Anthony and Joe Russo. The 39-year-old actress, who began work on “Citadel” in January last year, took to Instagram to announce her Atlanta schedule wraps up.
The actor wrote along with a video from the sets of the show, “And it’s finally a wrap! Thank you to everyone who made this gigantic task possible and fun. Thx Atlanta. See you next time. #Citadel” the actor wrote on the show. Wrote along with a video from the set. her husband-singer Nick Jonas The comments section of the post showered love while others wrote that they can’t wait to watch the series. One wrote, “Can’t wait to watch the ambitious show and meet Nadia!”
“Citadel” is a multi-chain franchise with local manufacturing in Italy, India and Mexico. Chopra Jonas and “Game of Thrones” star Richard Madden are headlining the US version, which also stars Danish actor Roland Möller, known for films like “Skyscraper” and “Papillon.”
Described as an action-packed detective series with a “compelling emotional center”, “Citadel” is executive produced by the Russo Brothers along with former ABC studio president Patrick Moran and Mike LaRocca. The show has been shot in multiple locations in the US and UK.
Priyanka Chopra’s upcoming projects
Apart from the Citadel, the actress also has a few other Hollywood projects in her kitty. She will be seen in ‘Ending Things’ alongside Marvel star Anthony Mackie and an adaptation of Shilpi Somaaya Gowda’s novel ‘Secret Daughter’, which will be adapted by Shruti Ganguly. As far as Bollywood is concerned, she has been signed for Farhan Akhtar’s ‘Jee Le Zara’.
