Regarding the special session of the Legislative Assembly

Today is the second day of the country’s President Ram Nath Kovind in Himachal Pradesh. Today he will address a special session of the Vidhan Sabha.

The President will reach the Assembly at 11 am. He will be in a special session till 12 noon. Former and current MLAs, MPs will be present in the special session. During this, Governor Rajendra Vishwanath, Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, Speaker Vipin Singh Parmar and Leader of Opposition Mukesh Agnihotri will be present on the stage along with President Kovind.

At the same time, the corona report of Forest Minister Rakesh Pathania’s PSO has come positive. Hence Minister Pathania will not be a part of the special session. In fact, there should be no health-related problems in the President’s program, so the Forest Minister has decided not to participate in the program.

4 special wards ready in IGMC Shimla

The state government is fully alert about the visit of the President. IGMC Shimla has also kept four special ward books as per protocol. Apart from this, first aid emergency kits have been kept at three different places. Apart from this, arrangements for blood have also been made in the blood bank. A special team of doctors is ready. The team has a roster of doctors from various departments including Cardiologists, Medicine, Surgery, Anesthesia, Gynecologists and more. This team has been kept near the Sicil Hotel and wherever the President’s convoy will go, this team will be present there.
