On Monday, 15,028 recipients had taken the jabs in Prayagraj district, with 10,291 taking their first dose and 4,737 taking the second dose.
With this, 15,83,363 jabs have been given to recipients of all age groups till August 23, which includes 12,59,671 of the first dose and 3,23,692 of the second dose. Besides this, the district health department officials have set a target of giving the Covid vaccine to around 42.59 lakh people, including 28 lakh recipients in the age group of 18-44 and 12.87 lakh above the age of 45 years.
