Born on April 4, 1997, in Pandharpur, Maharashtra, social activist Prathamesh Katte is understanding the ideology of a common man and is devoting his time and energy to solve the social problems and all the issues that the common man has to go through.
Keeping a clear vision towards his hidden goals, the politician is working hard and taking steps to promote the welfare and upliftment of the middle class section of the society. Social workers are also working towards nurturing the notion of high standards of education and skill development.
Improvement in infrastructure and availability of information is seen by them as a basic need. The leaders are also focusing on addressing infrastructure advancement, food security, nutrition and development of the agriculture sector. Inspired by the idea of serving the nation, the social worker has always maintained his commitment towards social work and empowerment of farmers and youth and to find innovative and novel solutions to their problems.
Talking about the perception of market position, the social leader says, “The product or service must comply with the needs and preferences of the customer while consuming it. Guiding young entrepreneurs and new startups, philanthropist Prathamesh Katte says, “India’s youth population is its most valuable asset and also its biggest challenge. It provides India with a unique demographic advantage. But this opportunity comes with proportionate investment. will be lost without human capital development. At the same time, the world today is more dynamic and uncertain than ever. As India undergoes rapid and concurrent economic, demographic, social and technological changes, it must be ensured that its progress is inclusive. and is shared by all sections of the society. India will not reveal true growth potential if its youth are not able to participate adequately and productively in its economy.”
Sankalp Parivar Social Foundation is a non-profit, food rescue organization started by Prathamesh Katte to bridge the gap between hunger and overeating. Starting in 2018 under the able mentorship of Prathamesh Katte, the NGO aims to eliminate hunger, malnutrition and food wastage. The NGO picks up extra food from weddings, events, hotels, cafeterias, housing societies and delivers it to the thousands of hungry people who live in slums or on footpaths. Apart from this the NGO is also known to distribute freshly cooked food to the regular beneficiaries.
The politician was honored as “COVID-19 Fighter” by DYSP in 2019 for his commendable efforts towards the development of the society in Pandharpur. With his compassionate efforts and concerned attitude, the social worker has proved himself instrumental in the upliftment of many and is a shining ray of hope for the downtrodden.
