A team from election strategist Prashant Kishor’s company I-PAC, which had gone to Tripura for ground inspection Mamata BanerjeeAhead of the 2023 state assembly elections, the Trinamool Congress (TMC)-led Trinamool Congress was reportedly not allowed to come out of its hotel for work and was put under “house arrest”.
