Baahubali star Prabhas consistently manages to leave an indelible mark on the hearts of the audience with his impeccable acting abilities. The actor, who was last seen in Radhe Shyam, has said that he is not ready to explore the world of OTT. At least not for the next three to four years, the actor said. Despite the rise in OTT platform adaptations, the actor is not ready to make his OTT debut anytime soon.
“Maybe it is good to release some films on OTT, I think it is a safe decision if the filmmakers feel that the audience would prefer to watch it at home than the theatre. Currently, all my films release on the big screen,” he said in an interview with Delhi Times.
He said, “Maybe in the future, I can think about it (exploring the OTT space). I know we all should grow, but for the next three-four years I am not thinking about the OTT space.” I love the movie theater and the feel that comes with it.”
Meanwhile, the actor can be seen in Om Raut’s directorial venture Aadipurush, a Hindu mythological film based on Ramayana. Saif Ali Khan will play the character of Lankesh in the film. Kriti Sanon is also a part of the film,
The film is scheduled to release on 12 January 2023.
Kriti Sanon confirmed the release date of Aadipurush on the occasion of Mahashivratri through an Instagram post. The caption read, “Worldwide theatrical release in 3D on January 12, 2023.”
Apart from Kriti, Prabhas and director, Om Raut also confirmed the release date on their Instagram handle.
