Tamil star Sivakarthikeyan’s latest film Don has proved to be a huge hit and after a successful theatrical run it is being streamed on OTT platform Netflix. The comic drama earned over Rs 100 crore at the box office and received decent reviews. The film was a satirical take on the age-old education system of our country. Don, which released on May 13, is a heady cocktail of feel-good romantic track, nostalgia and youthful enthusiasm.
Sivakathikeyan has also been praised by superstar Rajinikanth for his role in Don. Recently Dr. S. Ramdas, founder of Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK). The veteran politician recently tweeted praising Don.
Tagging Sivakarthikeyan, Ramdas tweeted that Don is a must-see film for all. Ramdas also mentioned that the film had taken an important lesson for the audience.

Sibi Chakraborty has written and directed Don. Apart from Sivakarthikeyan, Don stars Priyanka Arul Mohan and SJ Surya in lead roles. After his successful theatrical performance, Don was released on the OTT platform, Netflix. movie streaming started Netflix From June 10 in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada.
Last month, the release date of Sivakarthikeyan’s next film SK 20 was revealed by its makers. SK 20 will hit the screens on August 31, which coincides with the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi. The film is directed by Anudeep KV. The filmmaker became popular after the success of his film, Jaathi Ratnalu.
The upcoming film also stars Ukrainian model-actor Maria Ryboshpka and Sathyaraj in lead roles. Thaman is composing the music of SK 20 and the film will release in both Tamil and Telugu languages.
