The protesters had already come to know about the route by which Prime Minister Narendra Modi was going to reach Ferozepur. After which he made an announcement from the speaker in the adjoining village Pyareana and gathered a crowd and blocked the entire road. By then many farmer organizations had come. Earlier, he was only stopping the buses of BJP workers going to the rally.

After this a video has now surfaced. In which the policemen posted on PM’s route are taking sips of tea with the protesters instead of security. Due to which questions have been raised on the intention of Punjab Government and Punjab Police.

The person who demonstrated on PM Modi’s route said that we had blocked the bridge. We stopped the convoy of BJP workers. After this, as soon as we came to know that the Prime Minister is coming from Bathinda Road to Moga Highway by this route, we immediately gave voice to the speakers of the nearby village Pyareana that the PM is coming from here. Apart from this, everyone was called by sending a message. After which we completely blocked the flyover by installing a trolley. After this PM Modi had to return from there.

Instead of opening the jam, the Punjab Police continued to do the duty of consummation.

The Prime Minister’s route is smooth, but the Punjab Police was not interested in ensuring it. One such video has surfaced. In which it is clearly visible that instead of getting PM’s route cleared, the officers and jawans of Punjab Police also continued to enjoy with him. It is seen in this that the policemen were not interested in opening the jam, but they were just doing the work there in the name of duty.

BJP leaders also alleged that there was no jam till 10 minutes ago. This information was leaked as soon as it came to know about PM Modi’s arrival by road. After which there was a jam on the road. The PM’s road was deliberately blocked at the behest of the government.
