Children will get a monthly stipend at the age of 18 and a fund of Rs 10 lakh from the PM Cares Fund at the age of 23.

The day of the event also coincides with the swearing-in of the second term of the BJP government at the Centre. This program will start the campaign on the completion of 8 years of PM Modi’s government.

The Prime Minister will also release a comprehensive list of benefits and services to be provided to children under PM CARES. PM Cares for Children scheme was launched by PM Modi on 29th May last year.

The scheme will benefit children who have lost their parents or adoptive parents or both surviving parents to COVID-19.

The objective of the scheme is to ensure comprehensive care, support and protection of children and enable their well-being through health insurance, supporting them through education and preparing them for a self-sustaining existence with financial assistance till the age of 23 years. Is.

Children will get a monthly stipend at the age of 18 years and a fund of Rs 10 lakh from PM Cares Fund at the age of 23. Free education will also be ensured for those children.

Union Minister Smriti Irani will deliver the inaugural address during the program.
