PM Narendra Modi met his mother Heeraben Modi in Gandhinagar on Friday. This comes after the BJP emerged victorious in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Goa and Manipur.
After completing the day’s busy schedule, Modi went to his younger brother Pankaj Modi’s house at Vrindavan Society in Raisan area on the outskirts of Gandhinagar. Modi’s mother lives with her younger brother.
Whenever the Prime Minister comes to Ahmedabad, he always visits his mother.
Earlier, Modi addressed a panchayat conference in his hometown. PM Modi is currently in his home state Gandhi Nagar on a two-day visit.
The PM addressed a rally of over one lakh elected representatives of panchayat bodies as part of his two-day visit to Gujarat on March 11 and 12.
Voting in Gujarat is to be held in December this year.
