Samajwadi Party’s Lok Sabha candidate from the Budaun Parliamentary constituency, Aditya Yadav’s photographs showing him surrounded by women in a swimming pool have surfaced on social media a week before the seat goes to polls in the third phase of general elections on May 7. Aditya Yadav is the son of SP veteran leader Shivpal Yadav.
Aditya Yadav on Wednesday clarified that the photograph in question was from his college days back in 2012. He further accused the BJP of releasing the photo because “they are frustrated”.
“These are photos from when I was a student. They were released by the BJP because they are frustrated. They know that they will lose the poll in Badaun,” he said.
