Congress leader Pawan Khera will be granted interim bail by the Dwarka court, ruled the Supreme Court. Congress was Arrested By Assam Police at the airport after being offloaded from Delhi-Raipur flight in connection with his alleged remarks against PM Modi. The SC also agreed to consolidate all FIRs against the leader and issued notices to Assam Police and UP Police.
The SC said, ‘Till the next date of hearing, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail from the Dwarka Court.’
Senior advocate AM Singhvi, appearing for Kheda, said, “He (Kheda) has given a statement in a press conference. Singhvi told the Supreme Court that Kheda apologized and said it was a mistake, a slip of the tongue.
