Pawan Kalyan first married Nandini in 1978 in Visakhapatnam. Later, reports suggested that all was not well between them. Nandini had also lodged an FIR against the actor. Both of them parted ways. Presently, Nandini is a producer in the entertainment industry.
In 2007, Pawan Kalyan married his co-star Renu Desai. Both had a girl and a boy. Later they divorced each other. Presently Renu Desai is married to a doctor living in America.
After divorcing Renu, Pawan Kalyan married Russian actress Anna Lezhneva and they have two children.
