Pawan Kalyan and Ravi Teja to join hands for the Telugu remake of Vikram Vedha?

Multi-starrers were quite mainstream in the early days of Telugu cinema. And then there came a time when actors used to pursue films alone. However, the long-vanished crowd-pleaser formula has recently reappeared in Telugu cinema. According to the recent rumor in the film world, work is going on on another big multi-starrer.

As we all know, the Bollywood version of the blockbuster Tamil film Vikram Vedha is in the works. According to rumours, a Telugu version of the film is also ready.

Recently Pawan Kalyan has joined hands with Surendra Reddy. SRT Entertainments and Ram Talluri will be controlling the film, which is expected to start production soon. The screenplay of the tentatively named PSPK29 is penned by Vakkantham Vamsi. Surendra and Vakkantham have already delivered hits like Kick and Kick 2, and fans are thrilled to see them collaborating again with Pawan Kalyan on another action picture.

The makers of the film announced their next venture with Power Star on Twitter. Presenting our proud association with Pawan Kalyan Garu for the iconic production No. 9, he tweeted.

Though the makers haven’t officially confirmed it, the film is rumored to be a Telugu remake of Tamil superhit Vikram Vedha, starring R Madhavan and Vijay Deverakonda.

As per the latest buzz, Power Star will be joined by Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja. Ravi Teja and Pawan Kalyan share a very good relationship. There have been murmurs of a possible multi-starrer between the two for several years now, but nothing has happened.

Pawan Kalyan is currently basking on the success of his latest flick Bhimla Nayak. Meanwhile, Ravi Teja is gearing up to make an appearance in action entertainer Dhamaka, helmed by Trinadha Rao Nakkina.
