New Delhi: Bollywood actors Rishi Kapoor and Sushant Singh Rajput passed away last year. While Rishi ji breathed his last on 30 April, SSR died on 14 June. As they say, an artist never dies. Both Rishi Kapoor and Sushant Singh Rajput have left some unforgettable art for the fans to remember him and keep him in hearts forever.
The two actors shared the screen together in the 2013 film ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’ co-starring Parineeti Chopra. Today, as the film completes 8 years of its release, Parineeti Chopra shared a video montage from the film remembering Rishi Kapoor and Sushant Singh Rajput.
Sharing the post on Instagram, the ‘Animal’ actress wrote, ‘Miss you Sush. Miss you Rishi sir. Missing you today.”
Vaani Kapoor, who made her debut with ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’ also penned a heartfelt note, which read, “You always remember your beginning and where it all started. If it’s for my filmmaker #ManeeshSharma If not, I would have been completely gleeful. Being a shy and quiet person.. I was given a chance to play a fierce role in my first film, which was so fearless, confident and courageous. I found it wonderful Thank you Adi, Manish and my dear Shanu for giving me the opportunity.. I was so happy to be your star! Rishi sir, I can’t express in words how much it meant to me to share screen space with him, his charm and Karisma is unmatched forever. Even though I didn’t share much screen space with Pari.. I remember we were clearly stuck in our scene together, you are an amazing actor, calm my shaky nerves You were even more generous in helping me do this so that I can do my best!Sushant you are the best first co-worker There were actors that anyone could have asked for! we miss you”.
Meanwhile, speaking on the work front, Parineeti Chopra will next be seen in ‘Animal’ opposite Ranbir Kapoor and an untitled film with Ribhu Dasgupta.
