On Tuesday itself, the villagers informed the Indian Army about Pakistani construction, after which the officers warned the Pakistanis on the mic.

Kupwara SSP Yugal Manhas has confirmed in a conversation with Bhaskar that Pakistan tried to do some illegal construction in Titwal sector. He told that construction cannot be done within 500 meters of the LoC, but as soon as we raised objection, the construction was stopped from Pakistan side.
