Pakistan mourns the death of Lata Mangeshkar: Minister of Imran Khan government said – Lata was the queen of music, no one like her

Lata Mangeshkar passed away on Sunday at the age of 92. Lata Mangeshkar was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai on January 8 due to corona and pneumonia, where she breathed her last. There is a wave of mourning in India as well as Pakistan due to the death of ‘Bharat Ratna’ Lata Mangeshkar. Many fans, including Pakistan’s Information and Broadcasting Minister Fawad Chaudhary, Leader of Opposition Shahbaz Sharif, have expressed their condolences and paid tribute to the death of Lata Mangeshkar by sharing the post on social media.

Sharing the post, Fawad wrote, ‘No longer a great personality. Lata Mangeshkar was the queen of notes who ruled the music world for decades. There was no one like him in the music world. His voice will continue to rule the hearts of people in the times to come.

Leader of Opposition Shahbaz Sharif expressed grief
Shahbaz wrote, ‘In the passing of Lata Mangeshkar, the world of music has lost a singer who has mesmerized generations with her melodious voice. People of my generation have grown up listening to his beautiful songs, which will always be a part of our memory. May his soul rest in peace.’
