Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has invited applications for the recruitment to the post of Nursing Officer. Interested candidates can apply for the vacancies through the official website of OSSSC, osssc.gov.in. The registration process will start from January 27 and will end on February 17.
The commission plans to fill a total of 7,483 Nursing Officer vacancies in 30 district establishments and 13 medical colleges and hospitals. The vacancies are under the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of Odisha. OSSSC had earlier canceled the Nursing Officer notification for which the registrations were open in May 2022. Candidates who applied last year can apply again for the current advertisement irrespective of their current age. No application fee is required while applying for OSSSC Nursing Officer Group C Recruitment.
OSSSC Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria
Age Range: The minimum age requirement is 21 years and maximum age limit is 38 years. Upper age limit is relaxed for reserved category candidates.
educational qualification: Candidates should have passed 12th class with Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery course or Bachelor of Science (BSc) Nursing. Applicants must have registered their name in Nursing Council in the State and also must have a valid registration certificate as on the date of advertisement which will be uploaded online.

Eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of written test. There will be 100 questions of one mark each in the written test. The recruitment test will be conducted for a duration of two hours.
OSSSC Recruitment 2023: Salary
Selected candidates will get pay scale in the band of Rs 29,200 to Rs 92300.
