The Elephant Whispers is the touching story of a couple from South India named Bomman and Belli, who dedicate their lives to caring for and caring for Raghu, an orphaned baby elephant. The documentary aptly captured the family dynamics between the human and animal world and beautifully captured by Karan Thapliyal, Krish Makhija, Anand Bansal and Kartiki Gonsalves.

Apart from The Elephant Whispers, India is up for two more Oscars – Best Original Song for which RRR’s blockbuster track Natu Natu has been nominated, and All That Breathes which is nominated for Best Documentary Feature Film.
