New Delhi: A power dinner organized by dissidents Congress Leader Kapil Sibal turned into a kind of recognition for the G-23 group’s demand for party reforms as prominent opposition leaders said the Congress needed to strengthen itself to fight BJP Firmly.

A senior opposition leader is understood to have said that the Congress needs to resolve its issues to take on the BJP. He was followed by other leaders in a show of unity and good wishes for the Congress. Akhilesh Yadav and Omar Abdullah also won.
