New Delhi: Handset maker Oppo has announced the latest list of models that will receive ColorOS 12 based Android 12 update in India in the coming weeks. According to Oppo, the beta version of ColorOS 12 will be rolling out to some devices from December 10 and a stable update will also be introduced a few weeks later. The first devices to get the update include this year’s flagships and last year’s Find X2.
“From December 10, ColorOS 12 beta version will be available on F19 Pro+ and Reno5 Pro 5G; Oppo A74 5G will get the same update from December 28. The operating system will be available on Find X2 from December 20, and Reno 6 Pro 5G Diwali edition and on Reno 6 Pro 5G from December 22. From December 28, the official version will also be available on Reno 6 5G,” Oppo said in a statement.
The Android 12 update will also be rolled out for the Oppo Find, Reno, F and A series models. According to the handset maker, this will allow more Oppo users to experience the highly customizable UI of ColorOS and three-finger translation, FlexDrop, Private System and other advanced security features.
The announcement comes weeks after Oppo revealed the ColorOS 12 update plans for December in its home turf China.
Starting with ColorOS 7, smartphone OEMs started improving their OS upgrade delivery and now, the company is setting a higher level with ColorOS 12.

starting from 10th December
- Oppo Reno 5 Pro 5G will get ColorOS 12 beta
- Oppo F19 Pro+ 5G will get ColorOS 12 beta
starting from 20th December
- Stable ColorOS 12 . To get Oppo Find X2
starting from 22nd December
- Oppo Reno 6 Pro 5G and Reno 6 Pro Diwali Edition to get stable ColorOS 12 update
