Oppo A16 Now official. BBK-owned smartphone brand Oppo has launched a new budget smartphone Oppo A16 in India. The device comes with a massive display of over 6 inches, a 500mAh battery, and an AI-enabled triple rear camera.

Oppo A16 has been launched for Rs 13,990. The smartphone is already available in the offline market and will soon be available via Amazon as the e-tailer says the handset goes on sale today, September 20.

Talking about the offers, Oppo A16 will be available on HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Kotak Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Federal Bank, BOB with up to Rs 750 cashback.
Apart from this, it will also be possible for buyers to avail EMI options from financiers such as Bajaj Finserv, IDFC First Bank, HDB Financial, TVS Credit Finance, Home Credit, Mahindra Finance.
Lastly, customers can avail cashback of up to Rs 1,500 by purchasing it from Paytm.
Oppo A16 Specs
The Oppo A16 smartphone has a 6.52-inch HD + screen with a water drop notch. The handset runs on Android 11-based ColorOS 11.1 and is available in two color options – Crystal Black and Pearl Blue.
The Oppo A16 smartphone is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 processor. On the storage front, the device offers 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage.
For imaging duties, the Oppo A16 packs a triple camera setup at the back. The primary camera is a 13MP sensor coupled with two 2MP sensors. The rear camera setup offers AI-based features like Filters, AI Beautification, Bokeh, HDR, Dazzle Color Mode. On the front, users get an 8MP sensor. Selfie enthusiasts also get access to Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered beautification mode.
Backed by a 5000mAh battery, the Oppo A16 offers a USB Type C port. The handset comes with features like optimized night charging and smart temperature control.
