New Delhi: Handset maker OnePlus may launch the OnePlus RT alongside its new true wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds, the OnePlus Buds Z2, in India next month. According to a new leak, the OnePlus RT could be offered in two colors in India.
According to accurate leakster Ishan Agarwal, both the OnePlus devices will be launched in India in December. OnePlus 9RT will be launched in India as OnePlus RT and is likely to come in Hacker Black and Nano Silver color options. On the other hand, the OnePlus Buds Z2 is reportedly being unveiled in Obsidian Black and Pearl White color options.
It should be noted that the handset maker has not officially confirmed the launch of OnePlus RT or Buds Z2 in India. However, recently a OnePlus RT Amazon India advertisement surfaced on Google search, thus, strongly indicating the launch of the device in India.
Earlier this week, a leak was spotted by tipster Mukul Sharma on both the Google Play listing website and the Google-supported device listing, suggesting the device could launch in India with the alleged name OnePlus RT.
The leaked specs of the alleged smartphone match those of the recently appeared T-Series replacement, a FHD+ display and an Android 11-based ROM.
OnePlus 9RT Specifications
The device is powered by a 5nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chip paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The device packs a 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W fast-charging. It features a 6.62-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate with a peak brightness of 1,300 nits. Also, the OnePlus 9RT launched in China has 5G connectivity, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and NFC.
