The device arrives in India almost three months after its launch in China. oneplus buds The Z2 earbuds are the successor to the OnePlus Buds Z which was launched in late 2020. The earbuds are going on sale for the first time in the country today. The earbuds are available on Amazon and the official OnePlus site. The company has priced the OnePlus Buds Z2 at Rs 5,000 but you can buy the gadgets for Rs 3,499.

In terms of look and design, the new earbuds look similar to their predecessor. But with the new earbuds also come important updates. OnePlus Buds Z2 is equipped with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC). OnePlus claims that the earbuds can deliver up to 38 hours of playback time. Each earbud sports a 40mAh battery. According to the company, the earbuds can last up to 5 hours with ANC and up to 7 hours without ANC.
The charging case of OnePlus Buds Z2 houses a 520mAh battery. The company claims that this case offers quick charging and can give up to 5 hours of playback in 10 minutes of charging.
OnePlus Buds Z2 comes with 40dB ANC. There is also a transparency mode on the earbuds. It has a three-mic setup for noise and wind reduction. It is equipped with an 11mm dynamic driver and supports Dolby Atmos. It comes with Bluetooth version 5.2 for connection. Another feature of the new earbuds is that it offers an IP55 rating and is dust and water resistant.
The TWS earbuds also have touch controls that can be used to change tracks, answer calls, trigger a voice assistant, or change the ANC mode. Non-OnePlus smartphone users can further customize the earbuds’ settings through the Hemelody app. It is worth noting that the same app is used to pair the Oppo earbuds.
