Panaji: Goa gave two more reports on Tuesday deaths, proceeding the matching of covid Mortality rate 3,323. Meanwhile, with 86 fresh infections and 66 recovering, the number of active cases has reached 747.
The two deaths were of a 56-year-old woman from Santa Cruz and an 80-year-old man from Kumbharjua. Both had comorbidities and died during treatment GMC.
The state’s case positivity rate was around 2%, while the recovery rate rose marginally to 97.7%. Nine were hospitalized and two were discharged.
The Margao Urban Health Center is seeing a decline, and there were 80 active cases on Tuesday. The Ponda Primary Health Center and the Community Health Center had relatively more cases, but fewer than in Margao.
In South Goa, Dharbandora and Marcaim had the lowest numbers while in North Goa, it was the primary health centers of Kasarvarnem and Mayam. While the centers in Panaji, Candolim, Colvale and Porvoim had more cases, their numbers were still below 50.
