Don’t contact them. She said that the spirit of the festival is not something she and her husband Karan agree to call.

In a long post, she wrote, “Hello. Happy Sunday. Respectfully please don’t reach out to me for Karva Chauth gifts or collabs. This is not something Karan or I believe in. We respect other couples who do. participate and can even enjoy the celebration. While they do. It’s not for me. or for us. So the last thing I want to do is promote something I don’t believe in and Really don’t agree with the sentiment that comes from it.”

She continued, “For now I think we should be good if we take care of ourselves and each other. On Karan’s birthday, Rhea shared some love-filled pictures with him along with a heartfelt note. Sharing pictures from her Rajasthan trip, she wrote, “Happy birthday to my partner in everything. Every year with you is more magical and fulfilling. There is no one I can grow up with. I love you so much. Am.”

Rhea and Karan got married in August this year at their father, actor Anil Kapoor’s Mumbai home. The ceremony was a private affair, attended only by close friends and family members.

Earlier, Karan took to his Instagram handle to reveal the ‘true story’ of the filmmaker falling madly in love. He shared a series of pictures from his dream wedding party. “True story: We met on the sets of a film, she was new, I tried to bully her, fell madly in love,” wrote Karan along with the pictures.

Leaving the traditional red for her wedding ceremony, Rhea wore an off-white chanderi saree by designer Anamika Khanna. Rhea maintained the ivory theme from her wedding to the party as well. She opted for a gown with an elaborate and embroidered bottom. She looked stunning in an off-white gown by designer duo Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla.

For those unaware, Rhea Kapoor has produced films like Ayesha and Veere Di Wedding. Karan Boolani, on the other hand, has directed several commercials and assisted in films like Ayesha and Wake Up Sid.
