In a video shared on social media, a motorcycle which had already caught fire and was being extinguished using pipes from a water tanker suddenly exploded.
In the video, a man is trying to douse the fire using water from a tanker that suddenly exploded in the petrol tank of the bike, injuring at least two people in the incident.
Neighbors swung into action and used buckets of water to douse the fire.
A man can be seen lying on the road after the impact of the blast and he was badly injured. Moaning in pain, the local people rushed to his aid.
