Olympic gold medalist Neeraj Chopra feels Randeep Hooda is the right choice for his biopic

After giving India a golden moment and winning the nation’s heart at the Tokyo Olympics, champion javelin thrower Neeraj Chopra expressed his admiration for actor Randeep Hooda. When the actor visited him at the Army Sports Institute in Pune, Chopra had his fan-boy moment.

Neeraj Chopra won the gold medal in javelin throw at the Tokyo Olympics. This was Neeraj’s first time in the Olympics.

He covered a distance of 87.58 meters in the javelin throw to win the gold medal at the Tokyo Games.

Sharing the moment on social media, Randeep said, “Where does one go from above? Very few people face this question and very few have the answer. I deeply feel that you are Neeraj Chopra. We do.”

Praising Neeraj, Randeep called him ‘Kasuta Manas’ (wonderful person). For the uninformed, both Randeep and Neeraj are residents of Haryana.

The Olympian also feels that Randeep is the right choice to portray his life on the silver screen. So, Neeraj invited Randeep to the Army Sports Institute and the actor took time out from his busy schedule to meet and greet him.

Neeraj has earlier praised Randeep’s performance in films like Laal Rang, Highway and Sarabjit.

On the work front, Randeep Hooda was recently seen in Salman Khan’s Radhe where he played the villain and soon to be seen in Jio’s flagship series ‘Inspector Avinash’ and Sony Pictures’ ‘Unfair and Lovely’ Ileana D’ Will be seen with Cruise.
