Bhubaneswar: Orissa The Health Department said that 72 new Kovid-19 cases were registered on Saturday.
It added that the daily positivity rate was 0.18 per cent and that 15 of the newly infected were children.
It said that after testing of 44,268 samples, new cases were detected.
The state had recorded 79 infections on Friday.
The toll stood at 9,106 with no new deaths reported in the last two days.
The state currently has 668 active cases with 118 patients getting cured in the last 24 hours.
So far 12,87,108 cases have been registered in the state, while 12,77,271 people have been cured.
