OJEE President SK Chand said on Saturday that the results of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE-2021) will be out by the end of this month.

BHUBANESWAR: OJEE President SK Chand said on Saturday that the results of Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE-2021) will be out by the end of this month. He said that the schedule of counseling of students for admission would be notified after the publication of the result.
Around 75% of the candidates, who had registered their names, appeared in this year’s OJEE exam from September 6-18. While the examinees took the BPharm exam on the first day, they appeared for the MCA exam in two shifts on the last day of the exam.
Chand said that OJEE is a computer-based test like JEE Mains. Around 65,500 candidates, including BTech candidates, had registered online for the exam, which was conducted in 57 centers across the state. “We had also opened three centers in Kolkata, Ranchi and Patna. We took all precautions and followed the Covid-19 protocols prescribed by the government at these centres,” he said.
OJEE is conducted every year in Odisha as a common entrance test for admission to Undergraduate (UG) / Post Graduate (PG) level professional courses including BTech, MTech, MBA, MCA, MAR, MPLN, MPharm and BPharm.
“We are focusing on evaluating the papers and declaring the results at the earliest. After this we will start the counseling process to allot seats to the candidates in various government or private educational institutions across the state.
