Bhubaneswar: Higher Education Department On Tuesday released a notification for admission to degree (plus III) courses in various colleges of the state.
Admission will be in online mode through Student Academic Management System (SAMS) portal. Students can participate in the admission process by submitting online common application form (CAF) portal.
The admission process will start on 20th August at 11 am, while the last date to apply is 4th September 2021 at 11.45 pm.
The first merit list will be published on September 9 at 11 am. According to the first list, the eligible students will have to submit the fee through SAMS portal between 9th to 14th September.
After the selection process and fee submission, the students will report to the allotted institutes to complete the admission process between September 11 and September 15.
The second merit list will be released on September 21. Eligible students will have to deposit the fees on SAMS portal from 21st to 24th September. The admissions of the students selected through the second merit list will be completed by September 25.
Official sources said that after two merit lists, guidelines will be issued by the Higher Education Department to fill the vacant seats.
The department will later issue new guidelines to fill the vacant seats. Students can contact the helpline number (toll free) – 155335/1800-345-6770 for details and other queries.
