Noida: Noida Right On Monday launched its commercial builder plot scheme, which offers to set up shops, offices, hotels, cinema halls, retail outlets, showrooms and shopping malls in about 50 plots ranging from 480 sqm to 10,000 sqm. Officials said these plots are in 48 sectors of the city, but the allocation of 24,000 sqm of land for a hotel in Sector 96 is also part of the plan.
Noida Authority OSD Kumar Sanjay said, “We have launched our commercial plot scheme, where around 50 plots in 48 areas are offered for allotment through e-auction. It has about 47 plots ranging from 480 sqm to 10,000 sqm. The plan also includes a plot of 24,000 sqm which can be used to set up a hotel in Sector 96 and commercial space of 1,980 sqm is in the proposed Habitat Centre.”
While plots are for setting up shopping malls, showrooms, offices, cinema halls and hotels, which range from 480 sqm to 5,000 sqm, can be used for offices and retail outlets and for hotels and malls over 5,000 sqm is.
“Registration for the scheme is open till August 4, but the allotment will be done through e-auction within a week of closing of registration after due screening of applicants,” Kumar said.
