Bengali film actress and Trinamool Congress MP Nusrat Jahan recently gave birth to a baby boy. There are many speculations about the identity of the father of her child. However, the actress has decided to raise her son as a single mother and has not disclosed the name of his father. However, recently the actress shared a fan-made video of herself and her rumored partner Yash Dasgupta congratulating them both on the birth of her child. According to the video, their child has been named Yashan.
Nushrat shared the video on her Instagram stories, showing clips of her and Yash. He thanked the fan and wrote, “XOXO.”

Meanwhile, Nusrat was earlier married to Kolkata-based businessman Nikhil Jain. She was embroiled in controversies regarding the legality of the marriage. They exchanged wedding vows in Turkey in 2019. However, Nusrat denied the status of marriage in India. She claimed that the marriage was void under Indian laws and that Nikhil was her live-in-partner. He also accused them of withdrawing money from his account. Nikhil denies the allegations
Later he also wished their child well. He told News18, “I wish him and the child a healthy life. May the child grow up and prosper in life. My differences with him didn’t stop me from wishing for the newborn. May the child be super healthy and have a prosperous future.”
