The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB), on Friday, July 22, named the T20I and ODI squads for the tour of Zimbabwe. Mahmudullah Riyad has been rested from the T20I sequence and in his absence, Nurul Hasan Sohan will take cost of the staff. Mushfiqur Rahim failed to interrupt into the T20I staff, though he is part of the matches within the 50-over format.
Earlier, staff director Khaled Mahmud Sujon stated that the Bangladesh staff administration wasn’t fairly happy with Mahmudullah’s captaincy. On Friday, the BCB had a dialogue with Mahmudullah, after which the choice to relaxation the latter was taken.
