Kim Nam-joon, also known as RM, delighted his fans by sharing a glimpse of his workout routine in a video posted on Instagram. Set to the tune of Attention by NewJeans, the video showcases RM and his companions, potentially staff members, engaging in plank exercises. While RM appears shirtless in the video, the others are seen wearing HYBE gym shirts, indicating that the footage could be from a previous event or a recent workout session. In the video, RM is seen playfully interacting with his companions as they perform the challenging exercise.

Taking a humorous dig at the video, a viewer wrote, “There are a lot of hardships in life right?.. let’s hang in there.”
“Considering his buzz cut and his dislike of wearing a shirt while working out he might be the one that half out-frame someone should slow the music down I can’t hear where the voice comes from,” read another comment.
RM, who began his military service in December 2023, recently took his first vacation, where he visited an art exhibition and spent time with loved ones. He is expected to be discharged from his duties on June 10 this year.
