Greater Noida: Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (rub) on Friday issued 12 tenders worth Rs 27.86 crore for construction and development works. These include works related to development of abadi plots, roads and drains, LED rooftop signage and planting saplings around the roads of Jaitpur commercial area.
While the work of RCC road and drain work for Suthiana village has been allotted, tender has also been floated for installation and maintenance of LED rooftop signage at GNIDA office building. Along with this, the work of resurfacing of 24 meter wide internal road will be done in Sector Ecotech-1 while 130 meter wide and 60 meter wide roads will be rebuilt in the sector. Tenders for other works include revitalization of internal roads in Sector Etah-1 as well as strengthening of 60 meters wide road from SK Road (T Point) to Delta-1 Rotary (near Labor Chowk) and Ryan Rotary to Golf Rotary. is included.

A senior official of the project department of GNIDA said, “We have floated 12 tenders worth Rs 27.86 crore for a time frame of three years, where the said works will be started in the next two months by the nominated contractors after completing the tender formalities. ”
