According to municipal sources, the certificates will be issued from Monday to Friday from 11 am to 2 pm and on Saturday from 11 am to 12 noon. The municipality believes that if the harassment is reduced, then the special time is given on WhatsApp, then the crowd can be controlled significantly.
In this regard, Kolkata City Administrator Firhad Hakim said, ‘WhatsApp will be told a specific time at which the applicant will have to come there. “Time will be given to 12 people every half an hour,” he said.
