Taarak Ratna plays the role of a police officer who is chasing robbers in this crime drama. In a recent interview to promote the web series, Taarak opened up about his differences with Nandamuri family’s N Chandrababu Naidu, Telugu Desam Party president and former Andhra Pradesh chief minister.

There is a perception in Andhra Pradesh that TDP chief N Chandra Babu Naidu, who is also NTR’s son-in-law, keeps the Nandamuri family out of politics. Taraka Ratna is the grandson of NTR and the cousin of Telugu star Jr NTR.
However, in response to a question about differences with N Chandra Babu Naidu, Tarak said that Sr. NTR formed TDP for the Telugu people. His goal was to ensure that the party worked for the people of his state. Naidu also always thought of the people of the state, but he never thought of involving the Nandamuri family in the party’s affairs.
According to Tarak, there are no differences between the families and if this were true, Naidu would not have included members of the Nandamuri family in the election campaigns. “Uncle Chandrababu will never keep us away from him,” Tarak said.
