Former Union minister DV Sadananda Gowda on Wednesday said there is no “chance” for leadership change in Karnataka as the BJP central leadership is happy with the development activities in the state and the handling of COVID-19. Gowda said the steps taken by the Chief Minister during the COVID-19 pandemic and the progress made by Karnataka in development activities have been appreciated and there was no reason to remove them. “It is my strong feeling that there is no possibility of change of leadership. On why priests from various Lingayat Mats were rallying behind Yeddyurappa amid speculations of a change of leadership, Gowda said, “Whenever we do some good work, people appreciate it.
