Nishads with Ram since Treta Yug: Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath | Varanasi News – Times of India

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath

GORAKHPUR: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said on Sunday that the Nishad community has been with Lord Ram since the Treta Yug and it can never join hands with ‘Ramdrohis’ (traitors of Lord Ram).
Addressing election rallies at Chauri Chaura and Campierganj in Gorakhpur, Yogi said, “We are making a grand memorial and statue of Nishad Raj at Shringverpur and SP and BSP would have never done this work.”
“We have decided that at least one member of every family will be provided government job or employment. We are giving smartphones or tablets to one crore youth and will increase it further to two crore youths,” he added.
Women over 60 years old will get to travel free in UPSRTC buses and farmers will get free electricity for tubewells, the CM added.
“The amount of Rs 51,000 given for marriage of girls will be increased to Rs 1 lakh and Rs 15,000 for education of girls will be increased to Rs 25,000. They will also be given scooty,” Yogi said.
Samajwadi Party is surprised and asks how we manage funds for so much work. I replied that we have an instrument which makes roads and runs over mafia also. Our government has made better use of bulldozers but you need a ‘dumdaar sarkar’ (strong government) to use it.
“SP constructed boundary walls of kabristan in the name of development while we made roads, bridges, medical colleges and gave free ration. Temple of Lord Ram is being constructed in Ayodhya, work on Vishwanath temple, Mathura-Vrindavan, Maharaja Suheldev Pasi memorial is going on,” the CM added. One gas cylinder will be given free on Holi and Diwali. Everyone got free Covid vaccine while they would have been sold in black in Samajwadi rule, he added.
