Panaji: Anuligawo Kasmir Chibuez, 36, and Nigerian The Anti Narcotic Cell (ANC) of Goa Police has arrested Rashtriya for illegal possession of narcotics worth Rs 14 lakh.
Acting on a tip-off, an ANC team led by PSI Rohan Madgaonkar, along with two punchers, raided the parking lot of St. Diogos Church in Gurim and arrested Chibuze, a resident of Para. 9.41 g Suspicious LSD Liquid and 42.2 g Suspicious cocaine,
