National agency is gathering more evidence in the case of terrorists taking money from Pakistan

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Sunday conducted raids at several places in Jammu and Kashmir. These raids were killed in the terrorist funding case. The NIA simultaneously took action on 56 locations linked to the members of Jamaat-e-Islami (JEI). Raids were also conducted at the residence of organization member Gul Mohammad War. Earlier on July 10, the NIA had arrested six people from Jammu and Kashmir in the same case. The Jamaat-e-Islami was banned by the Center two years ago.

NIA teams raided ten districts of Kashmir and four districts of Jammu on Sunday. A Delhi court had ordered framing of charges against alleged Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists. After this, more evidence is being collected in the case of taking money from Pakistan for plotting terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir.

Special judge of Delhi court Parveen Singh had issued an order in this regard. In this it was said that the terrorist organization formed a mask organization ‘Jammu Kashmir Affected Relief Trust’ (JKART). Its hidden purpose was to provide financial help for terrorist activities. This organization was created primarily to provide funds for terrorists and their families.

Allegation- Fake organization in the name of JKART formed in Kashmir
Evidence was found against four alleged Hizbul-Mujahideen terrorists that they had taken money from Pakistan to carry out terrorist activities in Jammu and Kashmir. A Delhi court had ordered framing of charges against him in this case. The court has ordered criminal conspiracy, waging war against the country and several charges under UAPA on these four alleged terrorists. The court had said that Hizbul-Mujahideen had formed a fake organization named Jammu and Kashmir Affectives Relief Trust (JKART). Its real purpose was to fund terrorist activities. The central government has already banned this institution under the Terror Funding Act.

There has been a big disclosure in the NIA’s charge sheet in the 2019 Pulwama attack. It has been told in the chargesheet that even after the attack, Pakistan was helping terrorist organizations. And how the terrorist organization Jaish-e-Mohammed created a new terrorist group Lashkar-e-Mustafa to evade international pressure and investigation has been revealed. NIA has obtained Call Records (CDR) of Rauf Asghar, brother of Jaish-e-Mohammed chief.

This revealed that he was in touch with Hidayatullah Malik. Who has been arrested in 2021. According to the report, Malik had also gone to the national capital and the residence of NSA Ajit Doval to do a recce before his arrest, so that he could be targeted. Malik’s regular contacts with Pakistani operatives have been accessed by the NIA.

Raid in many areas of Srinagar, Valley and Jammu
Ghazi Moin Ul Islam of Nowgam in Srinagar, Bashir Ahmed Lone of Harwan, Faheem Ramzan in Lal Bazar, Ghulam Mohammad Bhatt in Bemina, Mushtaq Ahmed Wani in Anantnag, Nazir Ahmed Raina, Farooq Ahmed Khan, Aftaq Ahmed Mir, Ahmadullah at the locations of Pari raided. Raids were also conducted in Gandharbal, Bandipora, Shopia, Kulgam, Baramulla, Ramban, Doda, Kishtwar and Rajouri in Jammu.
